Our Affiliates are very important to us. We strive to treat our affiliates with the fairness and respect they deserve. We simply ask the same consideration in return. We have written the following affiliate terms and conditions with our affiliates mind, as well as to protect our company’s reputation and professionalism.

Affiliate Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.
By submitting an application for approval, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions below

1. Joining MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program

1.1 We operate an affiliate marketing program which enables online and offline business people known as “Affiliates” to promote our company products in return for a commission payable, to approved “Affiliates” only.

1.2 No paid access is required for participation in MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program. Only Affiliates who have successfully completed our Affiliate Signup process found on our website may participate in our Affiliate Program found at

1.3 Access to MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program requires approval by our administrators. Approval may be granted (or denied) immediately upon signup and reviewed within a 24 hour period from Signup. The applicant will be notified by email of any changes.

1.4 A Tax File Number or ABN (or SSN/USA) must be submitted for your application to be approved. Approvals are notified by email and then you will become an Affiliate. If your application is rejected, the application will terminate immediately or within a 24 hours period.

2. Account Usage, Activation & Termination

2.1 As an Affiliate, you can participate in MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program and promote our products by logging into your Dashboard for Affiliates.

2.2 As an Affiliate, you will be given access to your unique affiliate link to our website. Should you be given access to specific promotional materials, at all times you must act professional when promoting our products. Personal use of our company Business Name, Trademarks, Product and Domain Names is prohibited please see section 5 for more information on this.

2.3 MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program prohibits the use of this WebSite by Affiliates who operate websites containing pornographic, racist, hate or illegal content. The definition of pornographic, racist, hate or illegal content is entirely at the discretion of our company.

2.4 MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program administration reserves the right to deactivate any Affiliate account should actions or behavior not suit our standards
Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to:
a) falsifying personal information required during account creation;
b) sending spam emails;
c) intentionally trying to defraud or otherwise tamper with the computer programs or member information comprising the WebSite

2.5 MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program administration reserves the right to remove accounts that have remained unverified, dormant or have not been accessed within 60 days of signing up.

2.6 MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program administration will review all Affiliate accounts on a month by month basis, it is required for an Affiliate to be deemed “open for business” and for the account to stay active there must be account activity i.e. retail sales, using the unique Affiliate link within every 2 calendar months. If this does not occur the account will be closed on the first day of the 3rd month.

2.7 Should an Affiliate wish to terminate an Affiliate Account please advise us by emailing admin@myplankton.com.au at least 7 days in advance of termination date so Administration are able to process any outstanding commission payments.

MyPlankton Affiliate Marketing Program is for ethical business use so you will have a much better chance of succeeding if you treat it like one.

3. Affiliate Commissions and Payment – Commissions are paid weekly

3.1 Affiliates are not employees of MyPlankton Australia but are in fact Independent Stand Alone Contractors, who, once approved receive 25% commission for each validated sales transaction. Please note that commission is not paid on a refunded transaction. If commission has already been paid on a later refunded order MyPlankton Australia reserves the right to claw back said commission/s.

An additional Monthly Bonus will be paid to Affiliates should they reach certain retail volume of sales within a calendar month.

- - - Retail Volume over $1001.00 for the calendar month will attract an additional bonus of 5% that will be paid on the overall monthly volume amount.

3.2 Tier Affiliate Model is not offered here > A 5% second tier may be agreed to if requested by the Affiliate in writing/email and approved by MyPlankton Affiliate Program Administration.

3.3 Affiliate Commissions on sales are paid weekly. Commission periods for the previous week (MON-SUN) ending every Sunday at midnight (AEST) Commission from sales processed during this time will be paid on every following Wednesday, to the nominated Bank Account or PayPal Account. Commissions will be paid to Affiliates in Australian Dollars (AUD). Monthly 5% Bonus payments will be paid within 5 days after the end of the calendar month. The affiliate will choose their preferred method of where to receive payment and will indicate the same to our company administration:

4. Updating Information

4.1 You must notify us immediately or update your account details accordingly if you:
a) no longer have an active ABN;
b) become registered under another ABN
c) tax information changes in any way
d) no longer wish to be an affiliate with our company
e) you need to change your account details to receive commissions

5. Trademarks, Copyrights and Proprietary Rights

5.1 An Affiliate may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the company website for public or commercial purposes, including the text and images without the written permission from MyPlankton Affiliate Program Administration.

5.2 An Affiliate should assume that everything seen or read on the company website or promotional material is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in this Affiliates T&C or in the text on the company website, written permission from MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program Administration is always needed and preferred.

5.3 MyPlankton Australia Affiliate Program Administration assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the website and affiliate back office or downloading of any materials, data, text or images.

5.4 Any communication or material you transmit or post to the website by electronic mail or any other method, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential, non-proprietary. Affiliates must make no medical claims or claims of miraculous healings to gain sales in promoting our products. Keep it honest and ethical please.

5.5 The trademarks, logos, company and domain name displayed on the MyPlankton Affiliate Program Company WebSite are registered Trademarks of MyPlankton Australia. Misuse of these is strictly prohibited.

6. Terms and Conditions (T&C) and Changes

6.1 The regulations, terms and conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive T&C between MyPlankton Affiliate Program Administration and the Affiliate, and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between MyPlankton Affiliate Program Administration and the Affiliate.

6.2 These Affiliate T&C may be terminated by MyPlankton Affiliate Program Administration at any time. However, such termination does not affect the enforceability of these terms and conditions as they relate to acts and omissions during the period prior to such termination.

6.3 MyPlankton Affiliate Program Administration reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or functionality of MyPlankton Affiliate Program Administration at any time without notice. We will endeavour at all times to ensure affiliates have been notified when changes have been made to any Terms and Conditions (T&C). It is also agreed that after notification of Terms and Conditions (T&C) changes, continued use of the MyPlankton Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree with changes to our (T&C), the Affiliate should cease promotion immediately and close their account.

6.4 The Affiliate acknowledges that if any provision of these Terms and Conditions (T&C) conflicts with any other rule, regulation, term or condition of the Company WebSite, these terms and conditions shall govern.
