We endeavor to make sure that our products are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 2-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund.

If not, contact us and send it back intact and unopened, in good order within 7 days and we’ll refund your money.

We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

Shipping AU & International

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate fee and is charged in the total amount you pay upon checkout.  Almost all orders in Australia will be shipped by using Express Post which is usually an overnight service to most major metro areas, extra days may be added to delivery addresses outside these areas.

Orders outside Australia are calculated also using our international flat rate system. International Express shipping will be used wherever possible, otherwise it will revert to Standard shipping, all shipping costs are included in the price you pay upon checkout.

International orders may be subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not payable by or paid to MyPlankton Australia nor are they set by MyPlankton Australia, rather they are paid to and set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier and payable to them by you the receiver of the order.  International packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
